The cost of production will include many variables, such as the complexity of garment, construction of the garment, quantity, and fabric weight. We will provide a final estimate for production once all details have been finalized. 

The only change that can be made after the contract has been signed is the quantity, which can only be increased. However, this may cause your original turnaround time to be pushed back to a later date, as additional time may be required to complete additional production requests.

The time starts within 24 hours of contract signing.

It is not required, as we do offer a selection of T-shirts, Hoodies, Joggers, Hats, Masks, and Leggings.

No refunds or credits will be given once contract is signed.

Yes! Packaging fees will be discussed during consultation.

Yes, we make PPS (Pre-Production Samples). 

If custom fabrics are requested, we do require 3-4 weeks to produce fabrics before any production begins.

No. As long as nothing has changed with your patterns and/or designs, you don’t have to pay for another consultation fee in order to have more of the same product produced.

No. Only customer who have appointments/consultations are allowed on premises. 

All production projects are managed by a designated production manager. The production manager coordinates all steps of production with the client and troubleshoots any issues that may arise to ensure specified quality and schedule is met.

No, it’s not required for domestic production, but it is required for international production.

Absolutely not. Production is done at our location in Atlanta, GA.
